- Clinic Location: We are located in the KZN Day Clinic section.
Consultation Preparation Checklist
To ensure Dr. Johnson can design a fully detailed operational profile, please ensure you prepare the following:
- Identification: Copy of your National ID or Passport document.
- Medical Aid: Your active Medical Aid membership card (if seeking reconstructive authorization).
- Medications: A complete list of active prescription drugs and nutritional supplements.
- Consultation Assessment Fee: Standard consultation assessment fee of R750–R1000 is settled in office.
Clinic Pre-Admission
For scheduled surgical procedures, please complete your pre-admission registration directly with the KZN Day Clinic portal.
- Timeline: Complete at least 48 hours prior to admission.
- Information: Have your medical aid details and ID handy.
